DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays due to available courier services.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped via J&T Express/GoGo Express with the information on the package.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues beyond our control such as unfavorable weather conditions or courier delays.

For cancelled or return orders, customers must shoulder the return shipping fee, unless an agreement with the store is made.

For unreceived parcels but marked complete parcels, kindly contact the store to file a claim via email: <denker.philippines@gmail.com>. Concerns will be 100% entertained.
